I have been teaching school for 17 years. This is my seventh year in kindergarten. Before kindergarten, I taught 1st grade. I absolutely love my job! I grew up in Upper Michigan - Kingsford, to be exact. I went to college at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and moved to Minnesota after graduation. I got my Master's Degree from St. Mary's University. Right now I live in Maple Grove with my husband, Dave. I have 4 grown sons: Tim, Rob, Brian, and Scott. Tim is married to Leanna and Brian is married to Amy. I am blessed to have them all live in the area. I like to hike, garden, drink coffee, read, and entertain. But my favorite thing to do is teach kindergarten!
